I started learning Hungarian a year ago with Duolingo that I enjoyed but I quickly realised that I was lacking confidence in speaking and came across Lidia's free speaking group classes that I joined. I found Lídia to be a very organised and encouraging teacher keen to help you improve your fluency and soon decided to enrol to her 1-1 lessons which are helping me consolidate the language. I am looking forward to starting the new speaking group classes and practising with others.” 

I decided to sign up for the speaking program with Lídia because I really want to improve my Hungarian conversational skills. I already take a weekly 1:1 class with Lídia which has really improved my Hungarian, and while I can read and understand some Hungarian at my level, I still find that speaking in Hungarian is my weak spot and needs a little extra help. Having attended several of the free ZOOM meetings I decided that more conversation is what I need. This speaking program will give me the opportunity to speak with other learners and improve my conversational skills. It will give me the confidence I need to use my Hungarian when I visit Budapest this year. Lídia is a very experienced teacher and has really helped me with my learning. She is extremely patient and encouraging and all her lessons are well planned. I am looking forward to speaking to other students while we all improve our Hungarian.
