Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds on you to any Learn Hungarian Anywhere purchases. Once you purchase any type of lesson, course, or digital learning materials you are fully committed to that option and will not be refunded for any unused time or access to our services and resources. Rare exceptions may occur if previously agreed upon in signed writing or service agreement, contract. 

If you miss a lesson, you will be charged for the full cost of that lesson.

However, in cases of private lessons, if you think you will need to pause, the amount paid can be credited towards future services or courses with prior approval.

Please ensure that any transfer-related fees are not charged to the beneficiary but will be covered by purchaser. 

Monthly memberships automatically renew each month, but you can cancel at any time with a single click by emailing us at info@learnhungariananywhere.com

We will not charge you again at the end of your membership period. Instead, we will email you at the end of your membership period to ask if you wish to re-join.

This policy allows us to fairly compensate our teachers and provide the best possible experience for all members because this is a lot of hard work and focus we put into this. Thank you for understanding!

All-Sales-Final Principle

Learn Hungarian Anywhere sells only digital products and internet-based services. Because access is granted immediately after purchase, all sales are final and non-refundable once the download link or payment has been made.

Payments are non-refundable. Missed classes will be charged to the student. Classes missed due to teacher illness or related issues will not be charged. Lessons affected by teacher illness or force majeure events will be rescheduled when reasonably possible.

Delivery Confirmation

Immediately after payment you receive on-screen access and a confirmation e-mail containing your download link or confirmation of purchase. Delivery is considered complete at the earlier of these two events. If you have not received the e-mail within one hour, write to info@learnhungariananywhere.com so we can resend it.

Defects or Access Problems

If a file is corrupted, a link is inactive, or a live-session link fails, notify us within 24 hours of purchase. We will verify the issue and supply a working replacement at no extra charge. Providing replacement access is the exclusive remedy for delivery defects.

All purchased lessons must be used within 8 months of the student's course start date unless a different arrangement has been agreed to in writing. After the 8-month period, any unused lessons expire and will not be delivered unless we expressly agree otherwise in writing. We have no obligation to provide or complete delivery of unused lessons after this period.

European Union Fourteen-Day Right of Withdrawal

When EU consumer law applies, you may cancel within fourteen days only if you have not begun downloading, streaming, or attending the content. By clicking “Pay now” you expressly acknowledge that digital delivery begins immediately and that the statutory right of withdrawal is lost once the download or stream starts.

To invoke the withdrawal right before any access occurs, send a clear e-mail to info@learnhungariananywhere.com within fourteen days of purchase. We will deactivate the link, confirm cancellation, and process a full refund to your original payment method within ten business days.

Non-Returnable Transactions

Gift cards, promotional-price purchases, coaching sessions already delivered or attended, and any customised materials are also non-cancellable and non-refundable under all circumstances.

For students who prepay or place a deposit, enrollment must begin within 60 days of payment unless otherwise agreed in writing. We cannot hold course seats, pricing, or special offers indefinitely. If you do not begin within this 60-day period, your reserved spot may be released, and future re-entry into the program is not guaranteed and will be subject to availability and the terms in effect at that time.

Program-Closure Protection

Hungary can change or close the Simplified Naturalisation route without warning (as has happened with other EU countries). This is why you need to act now!

If Hungary for any reason cancels the Simplified Naturalization program before you can submit your file and take your interview, we are out of business and so are you therefore:

100% refund of ONLY unused language or interview sessions if still pending before 8 months after purchase, admin and other fees are non-refundable in this case.

All completed archival research remains yours to keep
