3.1 All fees are listed in U.S. Dollars and are non-refundable.
3.2 You authorize the Company to charge the payment method to you on file for all agreed fees.
3.3.1 Initiating a charge-back without first contacting the Company to resolve the issue violates this contract. We will provide you or your card issuer with (i) signed Service Agreement, (ii) milestone log, and/or (iii) copies of delivered work as evidence upon request.
3.3.2 Client agrees not to initiate a charge‑back unless (i) Client first provides written notice of the dispute and a 15‑day opportunity to cure; and (ii) such charge‑back is permitted under card‑network rules. Any charge‑back filed contrary to this procedure constitutes a material breach and triggers liquidated damages equal to investigation costs if allowed by applicable law.
3.3.3 If a charge-back is filed after services have begun, Client authorises Company to bill a $150 administrative fee.
3.3.4 Clients claiming non-delivery must provide evidence of:
-
Attempted access to materials (login attempts, error messages)
-
Technical issues preventing access (screenshots, error codes)
-
Missed communications (email bounce-backs, delivery failures, missing emails, etc.)
The burden of proof lies with the Client to demonstrate non-delivery.
By purchasing, Client agrees that our delivery confirmation systems (email and purchase receipts, login logs, session recordings, portal activity) constitute conclusive proof of service delivery and waive all claims to the contrary. All live services, including phone call and live preparation sessions, Client agree to be recorded and serve as irrefutable proof of service completion.
3.4. 15 Minute Consultation: complementary, free, and mandatory for new Clients.
3.5 Ancestry Research & Verification Process
Hungarian Simplified Naturalization Clients are required to proceed through our mandatory ancestry search and verification process and this fee is not refundable, waivable, or transferable. If you choose to obtain and prepare your ancestry verification documents independently, however, we still need to check them and you are still required to pay the ancestry search and verification process fee.
If in the rare case you already have and present Company ALL needed documents ready for consular submission and approved as such without extra work to fix or correct them by our professional ancestry and verification researcher, we will offer a prorated rebate discount code for the cost of the ancestry search and verification fee when purchasing the Passport Pro Citizenship Program or 3-Day Intensives Programs to Client.
NOTE: Processing times and fees for Hungarian and US document retrieval vary significantly based on government processing schedules and case load. Since all applicants face these same timeline constraints, we strongly recommend beginning document retrieval as your first step to avoid delays. START THIS PROCESS NOW!
If you prefer to begin lessons immediately due to time constraints, Client assumes responsibility for any issues arising from incomplete ancestry verification, including: Processing delays, application inaccuracies, eligibility denials, and missing documentation before interview dates which include incomplete paperwork during post-preparation courses.
IMPORTANT: Document translation, apostle, record request, operational work on your behalf with consulates, governments, country clerk offices, and any other document preparation for consular submission packages will be included in the Passport Pro or 3-Day Intensive Programs if you pass with a green light in our mandatory ancestry search and verification process.
It is important to remember that our initial base ancestry search and verification process fee aims to cover most document and ancestry verification, including retrieval from Hungarian and US sources for citizenship eligibility.
In some complex cases, there will be additional fees. Any extra costs will be discussed and agreed upon if the initial mandatory ancestry search and verification process proves insufficient—no surprise charges for research, verification, document retrieval, or ancestry searches will be invoiced or requested without your approval.
Specifically, our verification process requires this mandatory upfront fee to help you prove ancestry and meet minimum consular proof requirements for citizenship where you are lacking such. They are fluent in both U.S. and Hungarian archives—who will
(i) review your existing documents (if any), (ii) conduct targeted database and index searches, and (iii) determine whether your lineage can be proven with standard research methods and (iiii) start organizing next steps for Client documents, records, certificates, and any other pertaining information from USA and Hungarian archives for final packet submission in Passport Pro or 3-Day Intensives.
In most cases, our research team can assess whether your case is straightforward or complex and will provide clear expectations about potential additional search fees before you make the initial mandatory payment for the ancestry search and verification process.
The Company makes no guarantees and is not responsible for variability in quotes, assumptions, or unrealistic expectations for this process. This single verification step is sufficient to confirm eligibility and advance you directly to our Full Citizenship Service Passport Pro Program or 3 Day Intensives.
If the initial search shows that critical records are still missing—usually because a birthplace, name, or date is unclear—our certified ancestry researcher will re-evaluate your case and we will send you a written cost estimate before doing anything else.
Additional work is billed at per researcher hour plus any direct archive or courier fees, but only if you approve the quote in writing. You may stop there, continue with us, or ask for a referral to a specialist outfit; no surprise billing will occur.
Our team does everything reasonably possible within the agreed scope and information provided, and once all required records are in hand your case rolls seamlessly into the full application process at no extra verification charge.
Company shall not be held responsible for the quality or condition or accuracy any information and it will not be a reflection to its agreed upon rendering of any service(s) or quality thereof from documents anything else directly provided to Company by Client.
3.5.2 We give you step-by-step guidance, but all governmental and state apostille, translation, certification, and notary fees—and the handling of your original documents—remain your responsibility. Plan on ≈ $600–$1,000 in additional governmental processing fees.
3.6 Full-Service Citizenship Plan Passport Pro (Premium and Essential) Program
Our Passport Pro concierge package covers the entire journey from lessons, learning materials, cheat sheets, documents and everything up to interviews.
Payment Structure Expectations are simple. There are two options for ALL payment plans or payment options:
Full Payment Upfront:
Pay in full before service begins. We’ll allow, if explicitly requested in writing, a five-day cooling‑off period from your payment date to request a full refund—after five days, all payments are non-refundable, while digital EU product download-based exceptions may apply.
Installment Plan:
Installment Payment Policy We offer the option to use third-party payment services (e.g., Klarna, Shop Pay, AfterPay, etc.) to spread payments over a period of up to 12 months. Please note the following terms: Non-Refundable Payments: All installment payments are non-refundable once made.
Ongoing Service: Services will continue as long as payments remain current and in good standing. Service Fees: Clients are responsible for any additional fees charged by the third-party payment provider. As a result, when paying with a payment installment plan, the final package prices will reflect the base service cost plus applicable service fees at the time of payment. By choosing an installment plan, you agree the Company does not pay for service charges on behalf of the client and you agree to these terms.
Note: For both options, all payments are considered in full and earned as work begins and are not refundable after the grace period. No refunds will be issued on installment plans for any reason. This protects both our team’s time and your commitment to the process.
Company provides educational and document-organization support only. All filing decisions remain the sole responsibility of the Client; no warranty is made or implied regarding government approval, apostille timing, courier performance, or the acts of any independent researcher or translator
Customers agree to have ALREADY purchased and been approved in the Ancestry Research and Verification Process before purchasing the Passport Pro; otherwise, we cannot complete the document preparation steps in the Passport Pro Package which include (consular packet quality checks, step by step document obtaining guidance, full ancestry verification process, and more).
3.7 The 3 Day Intensive Courses:
The Three-Day Intensive (“Intensive”) is an optional, premium, in-person workshop designed to accelerate the Client’s citizenship-readiness by compressing the preparation that normally unfolds over several months into a single, structured three-day event. The Intensive is distinct from—and not included in—the Passport Pro Program. Participation is subject to the additional terms in this Section 3.7.
3.8 What the Company Provides
(a) Exclusive venue reservation (hotel conference room, private classroom, or comparable facility) for the full three-day period. (b) Continuous on-site instruction by senior language coaches and application specialists from 09:00 to 17:30 (subject to change at any time) each day, including:
(i) personalized language drills, rapid-fluency modules, and pronunciation clinics;

(iv) step-by-step study plans, “student hacks,” and examination cheat-sheets;

(vi) networking sessions with other Intensive participants during hosted coffee breaks and end-of-day debriefs.
(c) Digital course materials (d) On-site coordination staff to manage daily schedule, audio-visual needs, and caterer liaison (light refreshments included).
All flights, ground transfers, lodging, meals other than refreshments, visa expenses, travel insurance, and incidental costs—are the sole responsibility of the Client. The Company does not book or pay for Client travel or accommodation.
3.9 Payment, Cancellation, Survival
(a) The Intensive must be paid in full at the time of booking.
(b) All sales are final; no grace period or refund applies under any circumstances, including Client illness, travel disruption, or failure to attend.
The Company may cancel and fully refund an Intensive if fewer than five paying participants remain confirmed 14 days before the start date or if a Force-Majeure Event (see Section) renders the venue unavailable. In such cases, the Company’s liability is limited to refunding the Intensive fee; travel expenses remain the Client’s risk.
3.10 Basic Family Tree Research, Assembly & Follow-On Costs
You are required to research to the best of your knowledge your family tree and provide us with the names, dates, and birthplaces of your Hungarian ancestors that you discover or know about already. Ideally, you should know their full names, birth locations, and which side of the family they're from to ensure success.
We need a complete family tree showing your Hungarian bloodline from your ancestor back to you—these are the people we'll be pulling documents for.The consulate wants to see this tree filled out with documents to match each person and timeline leading back to your Hungarian ancestor.
These regions may cover the older borders of Hungary including some border regions of Austria, Ukraine, Slovakia, Serbia, Slovenia, Croatia, Romania, and of course, the full current day territory of Hungary.
We will compile this tree as part of the Passport Pro program, but if essential information is missing, we must continue searching. There is an additional finder's fee of $150 per missing name required to complete the documentation.
This can be avoided by doing your own research first—talk to family members and gather everything before we begin. This is highly recommended because you need to know your family better than we do for the consulate interview.
We can help prepare you for the big day, but always do your research first and provide us the most accurate names, dates, and cities you can find. This gives us the best foundation to verify and build upon.
3.11 Liaison Service, Custom Consolations, and Misc Fees
These fees cover time spent on communication, research coordination, document preparation, or personalized guidance that falls outside standard program offerings. No Guarantees: Learn Hungarian Anywhere makes no guarantee of communication effectiveness, responsiveness of third parties, or success of any application, research, or consular process resulting from liaison or consultation services. All liaison, consultation, and miscellaneous fees are strictly non-refundable, regardless of outcome or third-party response times. These fees compensate for professional time, coordination, and administrative work already rendered.
3.12 No shows
If the Client wishes to cancel, delay, no show, or change of mind on any service or program, no refunds are allowed and the total amount for the agreed upon service or program will be retained by the Company.
3.13 Purchase Proof
Client must notify Company with 72 hours of send date or receipt of purchase if deliverables (including course, content, study materials, lesson plans) have not been delivered or issues using or opening otherwise Company will mark these as delivered in full.

Unless expressly stated otherwise all Credits apply only to the Passport Pro Premium package and must be redeemed within sixty (60) calendar days of the date we issue the original invoice for the underlying Verification Fee. No Credit is available on Essentials, Digital-Course–only products, or any à-la-carte service or other service.

E. Right to Modify or Withdraw. We reserve the absolute right to amend, suspend, or cancel any Credit program at any time and for any reason, including after publication, provided such change does not alter a Credit already applied to a fully-paid Passport Pro Premium invoice.
F. Cap on Combined Offers. Unless expressly authorized in writing by an officer of the Company, multiple Credits, coupons, or discounts may not be stacked or combined.
G. Tax & Fee Exclusion. Credits are calculated on our service fee only and do not apply to government charges, apostille costs, shipping, third-party translation fees, or any other pass-through expense.

If you fail to meet these obligations—and such failure materially delays or jeopardises the file—we may, after written notice and a reasonable cure period, terminate the contract and retain all amounts already paid to cover time and costs incurred. By paying you confirm that you understand and accept these commitments and the possible forfeiture should they not be met.
4.2 Client acknowledges and agrees that additional charges or add-on costs may arise beyond those specifically listed in these terms and conditions. These additional costs may result from, but are not limited to:

-
No guarantees exist - Anyone claiming this process is simple or guaranteed is not telling the truth
-
Additional investments may be required - We cannot foresee or predict all potential costs
-
Forfeiture of fees - Failure to meet commitments or provide required documentation may result in forfeiture of fees paid
-
Process complexity - Each case is unique and may require additional time, research, or documentation beyond initial estimates
The client accepts these potential additional expectations for commitments and costs as part of the citizenship application process.
