Schedule 1. Annex: Privacy Policy Amendment for Citizenship by Decent Services
Learn Hungarian Anywhere (“Company,” “we,” “us”) is committed to protecting your privacy. This Policy describes what data we collect, why we collect it, how we store it, and the choices you have.
Except as modified in this Schedule, the main Privacy Policy remains in full force.

For all ancestry certificates, baptismal records, and other lineage documents containing special-category data, the Client remains the data Controller. Learn Hungarian Anywhere (“Company”) does not take custody of, store, or determine the purposes of processing these original documents. Where the Client instructs an independent genealogist or archive courier to retrieve or translate records, that third party acts as the Client’s Processor under GDPR Art. 28. The Company’s role is limited to administrative coordination and therefore falls outside the definition of ‘processing’ for special-category data. Any copies temporarily seen for quality-control are viewed in transit only, are not retained, and are permanently deleted upon task completion.

We never sell or rent your data. If you voluntarily provide a testimonial, photo or video, you grant Company a perpetual, worldwide licence to use, edit and display it for marketing without additional compensation.
