Our Preparation Continuity Commitment

After receiving a Research Green Light and enrolling in Passport Pro, a Three-Day Intensive or another qualifying citizenship-preparation service, we remain engaged through the preparation milestones included in your written service agreement.

Depending on the program selected, those milestones may include:

• A personalized preparation roadmap
• Hungarian-language assessment and structured instruction
• Private lessons and progress reviews
• Family-line and biography-based speaking preparation
• Personalized audio practice
• Document and terminology familiarization
• Application-language and interview preparation
• Variable-question and follow-up-question practice
• Mock interviews and readiness reviews
• Digital resources and study materials
• Case-management communication and milestone updates
• Referrals or coordination with independent researchers, translators or counsel when needed

Our commitment is to complete the included preparation work, identify foreseeable preparation gaps and communicate clearly when something falls outside our scope.

It does not mean unlimited services, unlimited lessons, complimentary third-party work, legal representation or guaranteed government approval.

Program-Change Protection

Citizenship laws, administrative practices, documentary requirements and consular procedures can change.

If Hungary formally discontinues the simplified-naturalization route applicable to you, we may refund the prepaid value of unused, unperformed live language or interview sessions that can no longer serve the purchased purpose.

The refundable amount will be calculated using the session allocation stated in your service agreement.

The following remain non-refundable because the work, access or expense has already been delivered, incurred or reserved:

• Completed ancestry research and reports
• Record retrieval, administrative, and archive work
• Completed lessons, consultations and preparation
• Digital materials or intellectual property already accessed
• Completed document, translation, apostille or additional administrative work
• Government, archive, courier and third-party charges
• Reserved events, venues or intensive-program costs
• Specialist professional fees
• Travel and accommodation expenses

Real Hungarian—Not Memorized Theater

You do not need literary perfection, flawless pronunciation or the vocabulary of a native academic.

You do need to understand and communicate independently in Hungarian at the level required by the receiving authority. You must be able to discuss your real family, work, daily life, ancestry, documents and reason for applying—and respond when the conversation does not follow a memorized script.

That is what we prepare you to do.

Family Preparation and Pricing

Families preparing together may qualify for substantial Passport Pro savings because some research, coordination and preparation can be shared.

Any family offer will be confirmed in writing and may depend on:

• The number and ages of participating family members
• Whether family members share the same ancestry line
• Whether they are pursuing the same apparent citizenship route
• Their individual Hungarian-language levels
• The amount of individual instruction and document work required

Ancestry research, record procurement, translations, apostilles, legal services, government charges and other third-party expenses are not automatically included in family discounts unless expressly stated in writing.

Transparent Scope and Pricing

We will not begin or add optional additional work or charge professional fees without your prior approval.

Some costs cannot be known in advance because they depend on the number, location, condition and availability of the records required. When this occurs, we will explain the reason before you decide whether to continue.

What We Do Not Promise

Learn Hungarian Anywhere does not:

• Guarantee citizenship, interview passage, document acceptance or passport issuance
• Determine citizenship on behalf of the Hungarian government
• Provide legal advice or legal representation
• Appear, communicate or advocate before authorities as your legal representative
• Offer special government access, influence or shortcuts
• Control consular appointments, processing times or government decisions
• Guarantee that every historical record still exists or can be obtained
• Conceal additional work that is genuinely required
• Encourage false statements, fabricated ancestry or memorized misrepresentation

When legal representation or formal legal interpretation is appropriate, we will recommend that you consult qualified counsel.
